PET DAY 2024 Friday, September 20

Pet Day is when we celebrate Wairakei Primary School’s rural nature and students exhibit their achievements in animal rearing, floral displays and homemade baking.

After consulting with the community in 2023, the PTA hosted the Summer Picnic in March and moved Pet Day to September, during the school week.

Help on the Day

We need people to help with the setup of animal pens, running of the baking stall at morning tea  and clean up at the end.
