Bus students and their families Information
1. No Bus Service on Friday, April 11 2025:
School is still open on Friday, April 11, however there will be no bus service available on this day.
2. TagOn System Reminder:
It is essential that all students tag on and off each bus every day. This process is crucial for ensuring student safety and accountability, especially in emergency situations. Please help by reinforcing this requirement at home.
3. Route Changes:
Tranzit endeavours to run all scheduled routes; however, unexpected changes may occur due to emergencies. To stay informed about any last-minute changes, you are encouraged to follow the official Facebook page - Taupo School Bus Transport - where updates will be posted as needed.
4. Carrying Ineligible Students:
While the service aims to provide transport for all students, this can only be sustained if there is available capacity. Please note that if passenger numbers exceed capacity, the buses will no longer be able to carry ineligible students. In such cases, families will be notified and a refund will be provided for any unused bus services.
Conclusion
Thank you for your cooperation and support in keeping our students safe and informed.
Enjoy the remainder of your holiday break. We look forward to the upcoming school year.
