Fourteen classes and 380 students involved and two sold-out shows are definitely a reason to celebrate. The youngest 5-year-old celebrated love, hearts and POWER. Year 6 students had dance battles, defining summer memories, and our wonderful MC’s. Everyone gave it their all. The audience saw bright clothes, strong beats, and some super moves.
Performances were outstanding, and the audience was encouraging and vocal. The comments from the two packed-out shows were positive. Our parents said how they enjoyed seeing all the students participating.
How great it was that it wasn’t too expensive, especially this close to Christmas. That it ran and how awesome it was to see their children and their classmates having fun. The enjoyment of our audiences was plain to see.
The shows flowed. It was fantastic for students to see their hard work appreciated.
A Livestream was added for accessibility for audience members from all over the country and a few abroad as well.
I was nervous that the audience wouldn’t like our dance, so I did my best.
My tummy was full of butterflies, but I faced my fears, and I am proud of myself.
It was great that everyone participated and put on a great show.
I liked Room 8 ‘s performance because they danced like experts. I thought the red and black and white looked good, and the song sounded loud.
I enjoyed Room 3’s sporty song about South Africa. It made me feel surprised, and I enjoyed it. I liked how some kids' shirts were glowing on stage. The colours were very bright.
